Meet the Author
Ronald F. Owens Jr.
Ronald F. Owens Jr. served as an Information Officer 2 at the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) from March 2, 2009 to December 31, 2023.
While working at CDPH during COVID, Owens learned that COVID-19 “vaccines are killing people,” according to Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra.
Owens informed CDPH management about this shocking fact on several occasions between April 2022 and September 2023. Unfortunately, management made it about the messenger and not about the message. So he prematurely retired—immediately incurring a 55 percent pay cut, which was the difference between his salary and pension—because this truth could no longer be muzzled from the public.
Owens wrote a whistleblower book titled: “Muzzled Truth,” which reveals how injury-sparing and life-saving information was withheld from 40 million Californians.
In July, 2024, he provided written notification to all California’s 58 County Board of Supervisors (BOS). He urged 296 county-elected and 62 administratively appointed local officials to direct their County Health Officers to stop promoting, administering and distributing COVID-19 vaccines to residents.
Owens followed up that written notification by appearing before BOS in-person. To date, Owens has ridden thousands of miles on his Can-Am Spyder motorcycle to more than 50 of California’s 58 county BOS meetings.
When he finishes his California county COVID-19 stop the shots mission, he probably would have been the only person in California’s 175-year storied history to travel to and speak before all 58 County BOS in the state.
Owens earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in government/journalism at California State University, Sacramento. He studied at Fuller Theological Seminary, Northern California Sacramento Campus.
He has authored five Bible-based books and has rewritten about ten percent of The Holy Bible in newspaper format, titled The Testament Spectator. His Bible writings are available at ronaldfowensjr.com.
